Deb Hastings
Deb is the President of Business Marketplace, a full-service marketing consulting, graphic design and web site development company that started in Denver in 1991. She has over 20 years of experience working with small to medium-sized businesses to increase the effectiveness of their marketing efforts using both print and on-line methods, and the coordination of the two. Her expertise includes the development and writing of marketing materials, plus the implementation within the framework of a comprehensive, effective and affordable marketing plan. Deb teaches and writes on this topic in Maine, Massachusetts, New York and Colorado, where she has clients.
In Colorado, Deb was a member of the Red Rocks Small Business Development Center's Business Advisors Team, and a member of the Governor's Council on Small Business under Governor Roy Romer. She now serves clients around the country from her offices on the coast of Maine and in the Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts.
David McKown
David brings 25 years of experience in the advertising and design end of marketing to our Creative Team. In addition to his graphic design background, his education includes photography studies at Boston University. David's experience, coupled with his talent, brings the Team's creative words to life in an innovative way. His expertise runs the spectrum from printed materials to web site design.With over 10 years spent developing and writing marketing materials, including newsletters, marketing letters and telemarketing scripts and surveys, Pam brings experience in market research surveying, telemarketing and sales. She teaches these skills to our clients, using another aspect of her extensive expertise.
